NIAC is pleased to welcome Joshua Shimony, M.D., Ph.D., from the Neuroimaging Lab (NIL) at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Shimony will be delivering a five-part summer lecture series on Friday afternoons from 1:30 to 2:30.
“MRI for Beginners: MRI Perfusion”
Lecture four will cover basic perfusion concepts and methods for measurement in the brain using MRI and PET. More detail will be provided on modeling with bolus tracking/dynamic susceptibility contrast, and clinical applications.
