NRG Services

The NRG offers Washington University researchers the following fee-based services.

NRG Research Portal – $25,000 annual fee

Portal fees include:

  • Set up and maintenance of a research XNAT portal with two production nodes
  • Regular operating system and XNAT upgrades
  • Assistance with XNAT issues
  • Assistance with user and project set up (first 60 days that portal is running)

The MIR ZFS storage used by the system is not included in the above fees and will be billed directly to the investigator.

Additional fees will also be charged for:

  • Portal development/customization
  • BJC PACS pulls
  • Day to day user help desk assistance

Additional Service Rates

  • Per session fee for BJC PACS retrieval onto NRG Research Portal: $1
  • Hourly rate:  $100
